Hi, I’m Rudy Galan III
With over 15 years in strength & conditioning, a NASM/ACE/PN1 certifications, a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences with a side quests of hard sciences, my expertise in health is built on a unique blend of realizations in life. As a pre-med drop out, I rejected the current health system for something more robust–preventative health rooted in energy systems, strength training, and nutrition.
My coaching offers a mixed-modality approach, designed to transform you from where you’re at, to where you want to be becoming the best version of yourself, without sacrificing your health in the process.
